GUTIERREZ, MARILYN Age 61, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away April 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Paul Oudinot, her husband Gilberto Gutierrez, brothers Paul, Walter and Richard Oudinot. She is survived by her sister Suzanne Parks; daughter Flora Gutierrez and fiancee Matthew Barrera; grandson Aiden Barrera; sons Randy and wife Jessica Grauf, Greg Grauf and Orlando Gutierrez; and step- daughters Lisa Brown and Tracy Holmes. Marilyn spent her life being a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and long lasting friend. She is unconditionally loved and will be forever missed. A celebration of her life will be held at her home at 1314 Los Tomases Dr. NW, Abq., NM 87102 on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 12:00pm.

EYBERSE, FRANCES ELAINE passed away peacefully, Saturday April 6, 2013, after a long illness. She was 84 years old. During her life, they built a beautiful cabin, she loved cruising, RVing, fishing, and the great outdoors. She volunteered at Anna Caseman for nine years. While living in Albuquerque for 57 years, she worked at Sandia Labs, Blue Cross Blue Shield and retired from Dykewood Corporation/John Hancock, in 1984. She was surrounded by her loving husband, family and her beloved dog, Poco. She is survived by husband Hank Eyberse; her daughter Linda Williams and husband Mike of Cypress TX; her daughter Kathie Deptula and husband Danny of Storrs, CT; three grandchildren, Dan Deptula Jr. of Mansfield Center ,CT, Sage Williams and Myklyn Williams of Houston TX.

CROWNOVER, TROY F. JR. age 76, entered into rest, Tuesday April 9, 2013 due to congestive heart failure. He was born Carl Walter Harmon, to parents, Clyde Harmon and Dorothy Cleave in Port Arthur, Texas. His siblings were four sisters, Dorothy, Betty, Jeannine and Judy and one brother, Clyde Harmon, Jr. Although having met them as a young man, their whereabouts or whether living or dead is not presently known. At age five he was legally adopted by Troy F. Crownover Sr. (who called him Shorty) and Viola Ames Crownover (who liked calling him Sonny.) Troy is survived by his wife, Patsy of 57 years, (who called him Steve since that was the name Troy liked using at the time he met her in Houston, TX.) He is also survived by a fine son he loved and respected so much, Jason Adam Crownover, his wife, Stephanie and their son, Jensen Reed Crownover, of North Richland Hills, TX. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jerry Dea, stillborn at 8 months and a precious, loving son, Jensen Allen Crownover, age 36. Troy was a loving, devoted husband and good father who was loved dearly and respected by many. He will be greatly missed. BACA, GLORIA Age 87, born on October 17, 1925, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, went home to her Lord and Savior on Sunday April 7, 2013. Gloria is survived by children, son Sal Baca and his wife Ester; daughter Patsy Salas and her husband Adam; daughter Theresa Silva and her husband Mike; daughter Susie Baca and her partner Greg; son Roger Baca and his wife Daisy; grandchildren, Monique, Tiffany, Sacha, Michael, Elicia, Andrea, Frances, Melanie and Tasha; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Sylvestre Baca; grandson, Antonio Baca; her parents; and four siblings. Our mom and grandma will be remembered for her beautiful cake decorating, sense of humor, strong will and loving character. Rosary will be recited Sunday, April 14th at 6:00pm at Direct Services, 2915 4th St NW. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 15th at 11:00am at St. Edwins Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona SW. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

RODEY, RAY H. III Age 58, of Scottsdale AZ, formerly of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on April 2, 2013. He endured a courageous battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. Although he had numerous surgeries, hospital stays and treatments he always believed he could overcome the devastating diagnosis. He was greatly appreciative of all his doctors and nurses who cared for him and he became a popular favorite patient at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn and St. Joseph's Hospital. He was a talented swimmer in high school at Sandia HS Albuquerque, and a water polo player at ASU. It was there he met the love of his life, Joy Savage. Ray was employed at Nathan & Associates in Scottsdale since 1992. Ray enjoyed spending time at "Camp Pupule" during the summer at Coronado Beach, CA. Ray's greatest gift was his ability to make others feel important, special and loved. He was always positive and upbeat and never afraid to give out a hug. He truly was a shining ray of light to all who knew him. Ray is survived by his wife of 32 years Joy; twins Hank and Pearce; mother Elaine; sister Jane Dooley; brother James Rodey; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by his father, big Ray Rodey. A Celebration of Life will be held on May 17, 2013 at Clayton on the Park in Scottsdale, AZ, from 6:00 - 10:00 pm. Mrs. Rasband was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was the cofounder and longtime owner of Rasband Dairy. PURDUE, LOIS HOPE Musician, Wife, Mother, Teacher Lois passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013. She was born in Cynthiana, IN in 1923 to John and Vercie Pearl Rutter. Lois could type 90 words per minute and became an excellent pianist while in high school. She met and married Clinton Harding Purdue in 1942, while they were attending Evansville Music College. They had their first son, T. Keith, in 1943. Clint was active in the US Army from 1943-1946, and during this time Lois worked at the P-47 Thunderbolt factory, keeping inventory of the airplane wings 10,000 parts on 3X5 cards. Clint and Lois had their second son, Gary Lynn, in 1947. The family moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1949, where Lois taught piano and organ. Lois was a lover of life and will always be an inspiration. He was preceded in death by his father, John F. Polaco; mother, Lucille C. Garcia; brother, John Anthony Polaco. He is survived by his stepfather Pete Garcia; sons Ronald James Polaco and wife Kiara and Jakob Edward Polaco; his granddaughter Ava Polaco. He leaves behind his sisters, Pat; Paula and her partner Pam; Pam and husband Dave. His nieces and nephews: Deanna and husband Doug; Christal and husband Jason; Ben and wife Valerie; Matthew; Amy and partner Amber, daughter Audreanna; Shane as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins that he loved very much.
