WIMMER, GEORGIE RAE Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and friend, Georgie Rae passed away on December 26th after a long illness. She was born on December 19, 1937, in Bridgeport, Nebraska, to Norval "Cotton" and Josephine Houston. Georgie was preceded in death by her husband Charles Edwin Wimmer, who loved and adored her. She is survived by her sister Wanda Hill and brother Ronald Houston; her children, Ken (Kathy) Wimmer, Scott (Sheley) Wimmer, and Cathy Wimmer; grandchildren Samantha (Patrick) Sanchez, Nycole (Dustin) White, and Chelsea, Geoffrey and Connor Sweet; and great-grandchildren Andy and Alex Sanchez and Rylee White. She is also survived by stepson Chuck Wimmer and many friends and extended family. Services will be held for immediate family in Las Vegas, Nevada, where her ashes will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband. Her family would like to thank Hospice Compassus for the care and support given to her over the last year and a half.
