She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, George Haskins; parents, A.D. and Ella Vest Hallford; brother, A.D. Hallford Jr.; sister, Inez Butler; and grandson, Jordan Fought. Billie is survived by her daughter, Jean Fought and Phillip Padilla; son, Jerry Haskins; grandchildren, Chris Fought, Kyle Fought, Eric Fought and wife, Jennifer, Matthew Haskins, Andrea Lovelace, Dustie Atkinson, and Kori Sparks; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Carl Hallford; sister, Betty Richardson; and special friends, Sue Eastman, Mike Eastman, Maria Barajas and Rhonda Castleberry. A Graveside Service will be at Terrace Grove Cemetery on Friday, January 3, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Boyd Morerod officiating.
