CHAVEZ, ROSEMARY (MOPSY) BENCOMO Died on January 20, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father Esquipile Bencomo; her sons Rory Bencomo and Charles Chavez; sister Virgie Barreras; her brother Johnny Bencomo; she was also joined in death later that week by her sister, Lizzy Griego. She is survived by one daughter Sabrina Chavez; sisters, Helen Bencomo, Louana Martinez and Carmen; brother and sister-in-law Phillip and Peggy Martinez; five grandchildren, Isaiah and Alexis, Daniel Chavez, Rudy and Victor Bencomo and one great-grandchild. Services will be held at Alamosa Community Center, 6900 Gonzales Rd SW, 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2014. Please join us in memory of "Mopsy" Bencomo Chavez.
