KRAMM, MORGAN L. Age 87, was born in Little River, KS. He died of lung cancer at his home on February 13, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Gloria H. Kramm. He is survived by his sons, Morgan L. Kramm II and wife, Patrice, Michael L. Kramm, Martin L. Kramm and wife, Christie and Marshall L. Kramm. He has eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He and Gloria married in Topeka, KS in 1947. They lived in Emporia, KS while he worked and went to college. He graduated from Emporia State Teachers College in Emporia, KS followed by graduate work at the University of Washington, in Seattle, WA. In 1954 Morgan, Gloria and their four sons moved to Albuquerque, NM. Morgan went to work at Sandia Corporation where he worked on exciting projects until he retired. Morgan and Gloria were renowned breeders of German Shepherd dogs. They had many champions and Morgan continued raising and showing German Sheperd dogs until his death. His last dog, Ponderosa, became a Grand Champion in 2013. Morgan remained active with the Central New Mexico German Sheperd Club until his death. Morgan was an active supporter of associations protecting animals and associations supporting our veterans. Morgan and his family request that donations be made to the New Mexico Animal Humane Association or the United Services Organization in lieu of flowers. He will be greatly missed by family and all those who knew him. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 22, 2014, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH -Lomas.
