Sandra is survived by her daughters, Erica Whitaker and boyfriend, Damian Chavez, Amber Whitaker and boyfriend, Emilio Gonzales; mother, Evangeline Kosinski; brother; Frank (Tony) Kosinski Jr.; grandchildren, Gabriel Chavez and Aubreigh Thomas; former husband, Robert Whitaker and wife, Elayne and daughter, Mariah; best friend, David Costanzo; aunts, Ann Ahlness and husband, Howard, and Agnes Rivera; uncles, Daniel Kosinski and wife, Patricia, and Richard Janzer; many other extended family and friends. Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Frank A. Kosinski Sr. Sandra was a graduate of West Mesa High School, Class of 1974 and was an employee of Lovelace since 1974. Visitation will be Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Tribute Service at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place and private disposition will take place at a later date.
