MONTOYA, GINA YVONNE It was a hell of a fight. Gina Yvonne Montoya was born on 9/10/59 and passed away on 3/15/13. She was raised in the Barelas neighborhood and graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1977. Her entire working career was spent in the grocery business (Furr's, Raley's and Albertson's) and she retired with 35 years of service in 9/12. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jennie Montoya; brother, Joseph J. Montoya. She is survived by her father, Jose F. Montoya; her sister, Debra J. Hulsman and her husband Robert (Beak); brothers, John V. Montoya and wife Christine, Paul M. Montoya and wife Summer; and nieces and nephews. A Rosary will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 309 Stover SW, Albuq., NM, on Wednesday, 4/3/13 at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, 4/4/13 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Catholic Heart Church.
