KENNEDY, LYNN WATSON DR. Age 78. A longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM, prior to the last 16 years that she lived with her husband Dr. Jerry D. Kennedy, on St. Eustatius, an island in the Caribbean. Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her daughter Kim Kennedy and her son Mike Kennedy, both of Albuquerque; one granddaughter Siera Lynn Sporleder and Jason Baca; and two great-grandsons Jay and Jerry Baca all of Albuquerque. She is also survived by her brother Dr. Frank H. Watson and wife Cecelia Watson of Medford, Oregon; three nieces; one nephew; and many friends both in Albuquerque and on the Island of "Statia." Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry D. Kennedy and her parents Dr. and Mrs. Ralph E. Watson. Mrs. Kennedy had her PhD in physics. She had attended Pomona Colleges, University of California at Berkeley and Lehigh University in Pennsylvania where she earned her Doctorate. She worked as a contractor for DOE for her entire career. Mrs. Kennedy was also a 3rd generation member of PEO. A Memorial will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. A Visitation will be held the night before on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. A private family burial will take place at Sunset Gardens.
