ROBBINS, GRANT Passed away January 21, 2014 at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Robbins and leaves behind his son Steven Johnson, his wife Darlene and their daughter Crystal Lucero and her children Michael and Christopher. He is also survived by his daughter Sherrie Des Georges, her husband Steve, granddaughter Shirley Jamneshan and her husband Kamron and their children and great -grandchildren of Grant, Gracie and Grant (Jr.). Grant had been a resident of Albuquerque since 1973 until just recently when he came to live and be cared for by his granddaugher Shirley and her husband Kamron and their children in Corona, California. Daughter Sherrie and her husband Steve lived close by in Riverside, CA. Grant was a WW2 Veteran and after leaving the Navy went into radio broadcasting but spent most of his career as a top producing insurance agent. In his younger days, Grant taught dance at Arthur Murray and could really cut a rug. He also taught bridge, bowled and was an avid golfer. Grant will be layed to rest with his wife Sandra in Riverside, CA at the National Cemetery. He was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
